Are the courses accredited by an official certification body?
Yes, the courses are accredited through PECB. CYTERICO is an authorized seller of PECB training, and PECB holds accreditation from multiple recognized accreditation bodies. How do you receive your Attestation of Course Completion after training?
To receive your certificate, please contact PECB via email at online.invigilator2@pecb.com. PECB also has a dashboard feature that allows you to access your certificate immediately after course completion.
Is the 5-day course schedule fixed, or can it be spread out over a longer period?
You have the flexibility to spread out the training as needed. However, please note that the exam must be completed within 12 months of your course enrollment.
Is there a timeframe to take the exam after purchasing, and what happens if I fail?
You must complete the exam within 12 months from the date of enrollment. If you don't pass on the first attempt, you can retake the exam after 15 days. If you fail again, you'll need to wait three months and repurchase the self-study course to attempt the exam once more.
Is the exam fee included, or are there additional charges, such as test center fees?
Yes, the course includes two exam attempts at no extra cost. There are no additional fees for exams, and you can take them from home, so no visit to a test center is necessary.
